Outside of the Caledonia building, right by the High Line Park there will be a parking lot that will reference the change of the neighborhood. This space will also be an ode to the not for profit organization that takes empty storefronts and turns them into temporary public art exhibitions. These parking spots, just like the stores, will no longer be empty but will be for the public!
